Our Beer
Quality, unique beer with a story is at the heart of who we are. We always have a rotating selection of special seasonal, experimental, and community-driven beers on tap at all of our taprooms. However, there are always eight flagship beers you can count on being around. This is them, and these are their stories.
Peaches

What kind of beer is Peaches, you ask? Technically, it's a DHA (Double Happy Accident). Peaches' base brew is Kick of Coriander, which was concocted one evening when Co-Founder and Head Brewer at the time, Eric Latham, upon accidentally dumping entirely way too much coriander in a light amber ale. The second accident occurred when the first batch of Kick of Corriander on our bigger seven-barrel system came out too hoppy. So, Eric added Peaches. Originally known as Peaches and Kick of Corriander. Then, Peaches and Kick. Now I present to you simply, Peaches.
We love our team, and we like to offer them experience in every aspect of the brewing world, from brewing to distribution to the taproom. Since several of our team members are alumni of East Tennessee State University, together we brewed this beer in honor of the ETSU Buccaneers. It's called Blue and Gold, and it's a golden ale brewed with blueberry puree. We hope you enjoy, and GO BUCS!
Blue and Gold

Little Chicago

Named after a time when it was rumored that gangsters from the north spent time in Johnson City, Little Chicago Stout is a dark and devious brew with roasty & chocolatey boldness.
J-Town Brown Ale is one of our original brews. It's named after Johnson City, Tennessee, where our company started, in the heart of old downtown. The art on this label is a painting by talented local artist Jason Flack, celebrating creativity in our community. This beer is light on the body and rich in flavor. An oldie but a goodie. Let's raise our glasses to Jason and all those who make our city special. Cheers to J-Town!

Boones Creek

Boones Creek Gold is a simple brew. Barley, hops, yeast, and water. Beer flavored beer. For when you want something simple, brewed with quality ingredients. Named for the community on the north side of Johnson City, Boones Creek Gold is an American golden ale that pairs with any meal and good company. Hope you enjoy! Cheers!
This story is yet to be written, but just by you enjoying this smooth and simple American light lager, you yourself can become a part of the story. This beer is best shared with friends, over great conversation, and stories of your own. Go forth and commune, my friends. Cheers!

Hopollo 13

Named because it was a near-disaster the first time we brewed it, and because it boasts hops to the moon! Hopollo 13 India Pale Ale (IPA) has three varieties of hops that launch a bitter beginning and land with a tropical aroma. It's sure to please the hop-lover at 87 IBUs!
This brew features a slightly tart & perfectly fruity flavor that is balanced by sweet marshmallow! Coming in at 5% ABV, this is an easy-drinking sour that's a party for your taste buds.
